My Story

Hi, it's Melissa! Since high school I've always wanted to work with anything sweet, and I haven't stopped to try and make that dream a reality!

I graduated from the International Culinary Center in 2016 and have worked in pastry kitchens and bakeries ever since. I started Honey Tuesdays as a small baking project in the hopes of opening a bakery one day. I have slowly grown from making custom cakes and cookies, to bread and rolls (during COVID times), to now venturing into new territory, with batch orders and experimenting with new desserts. 

 

Currently, I am a working full-time pastry cook in NYC by day, and sweets entrepreneur by night. Stay tuned for more desserts from Honey Tuesdays!
